This is the service within which you receive a comprehensive design elaborated in the conceptual and detailed respect. This work includes planning elements connected with all types of conversion of the basic wall arrangement, adjusting it to needs specified by you, selection of all materials and finishing elements.
I start with discussions which allow us to learn your expectations, needs and preferences as regards finishing of interiors and their functionality, as well as the budget estimated for finishing material and elements of interior outfitting.
On such basis I prepare a preliminary interior concept, presented to you in the form of drawings, visualizations, sketches and pictures in catalogues. I select specified materials, furniture, equipment and interior outfitting elements adjusting them to the budget assumed.
Simultaneously, I itemize the concept with technical drawings.
The end of design work is passing to you a design book which includes all technical drawings necessary to conduct finishing works, and a specification with the quantity and quality list of materials used in a given interior design, i.e.: wood, stone, fixture, gres, bathroom ceramics, furniture, lamps, etc.
Extended authorial supervision
is an additional service consisting in visiting construction sites, monitoring and supervising works without engaging your time nor attention.
The purpose of these visits is to monitor the quality of works performed by specialists in particular industries. Equally important is to check whether all of these works are going according to design goals.
